Mo is particularly qualified to talk about this, since it's a perfect intersection of worlds. Not only is Mo a fitness coach and health nut, but he's also a DJ. Mo has spent a lot of time DJing for people while they are literally working out, doing CrossFit, lifting, and just generally getting sweaty. Today, he shares with us some of his go-to tracks, what they do to people's energy level, and the psychology behind music in the gym.
